new product review, Cybrhick new product
« on: September 16, 2006, 05:00:20 PM »

the new clutch tention reducer, lever extender, relief thingy that Hick is now making is a really great product. I dont know what he is calling it yet, but i know it works good.

we measured the pull on my 03 1300 C-tro today and it started out at 15-18LBS to pull and hold the clutch in.
after installing the tention reducer, it was 8 LBS, thats about 50% reduction in force to hold in the clutch.
it took about a 1/2 hour to do, we did use a dremel tool to grind off the old rivot that the cable holder swivels on, then it just a bolt it on, adjust the clutch cable and boom! there it is!
here is the pic.

and did I mention its only $25.00? cant beat that.

Like I stated several times....... :D

CyberHick's Clutch Thingy (EZ Clutch) is like pulling in your front brake lever. I love it. Thank you Steve..........

Done. Now available for the VT1100 Sabre. I'm pretty sure it will fit all the 1100 Shadows.
