Rider Down(Chimneysweep) Benefit July 16

Our very own Mike Patterson i.e. Chimneysweep went down over Mother's Day. I posted the story in the members section when it happened.  Mike has been very involved in our post, The Patriot Guard and Rolling Thunder to just name a few Veteran's groups. On July 16 there is a benefit  being held at the Tomball VFW Post of which both of us are members. Since his accident he has not been able to work and the medical bills are piling on. If you are free please attend the benefit and support Mike in his time of need as he has supported Veterans and their families in their time of need.

Steve, the event starts at noon. There will be bbq plates available for $10. There will be two bands performing. Jesse Roach at 1pm and Mandy Powell at 3pm. They will be performing in the hall and I believe they will be in the hall. There will be moo walks and other activities for kids. The bbq will be outside. There will be stuff for the benefit inside the hall and that will be an additional $10. You can do either or both. Their will also be an auction and raffles.

My brother-in-law, up in Kansas, started doing this a few years ago to help a friend of his when he went down. The guys last name was Mann so they named the benefit "The Brotherhood of Mann". They now do this once a year to help a biker with medical bills & such. The have their own logo!!

I'll be there on the bike.  I know there is no ride so I will stay a while and then go ride myself.
