It's 2016. Once upon a time the guy would have been thrown in jail and the key buried. He obviously has issues, and he's the sort of person who shouldn't be permitted to drive, own a firearm, vote, or reproduce. But the morally bereft morons upon whom we rely to dictate political correctness to us have discovered, through their infinite wisdom, that people like him are entitled to go through life without being offended, without being subjected to harassment by law enforcement solely for the sake of revenue generation, and without having their delicate sensitivities upset in any way. It's a better way of life for us all, and as soon as we grow up and acknowledge that those bikers paid an insignificant price to preserve that guy's self esteem and respect, we will all be better examples of humanity. After all, the guy certainly wouldn't have run over that motorcycle without having been intensely and wrongfully provoked by that scooter trash and his nasty old 'ho, right?
