Looking for a GOOD welder in the Houston area.

My neighbor looked at this job and turned it down. What I've got is a camping table with folding legs. The legs are thin walled steel pipe tack welded in the middle to form a wimpy X. I need to cut off 2 1/2 inches below the X and reweld the legs together so that the table sits 2 1/2 inches lower than it currently does. I really want this to look good and not like Billy Bob used an AO rig to join them back together. Anybody?

I can TIG it for you. Also, tell Connie we need to be able to shoot at 3, 7, & 15 yards for the qualification. I believe she was going to address that issue this evening?
