LEAKING FORKS

I WAS UNABLE TO RIDE FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS.WENT TO GET ON MY BIKE & NOTICED OIL ON MY FRONT WHEEL-LOOKED ON MY FORK & SAW THAT THE OIL WAS COMING FROM THE FORK--QUESTION, HOW HARD IS IT TO REPLACE ? FORK SEALS ? ANY HELP OR SUGGESTIONS ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED--I RIDE A 2006 1800S

uh, 1800.  Inverted forks.  fun, fun, fun.  It's really not that hard, but having an extra set of hands is a must IMO.  Maybe even two sets, with at least one of those having some knowledge/experience in doing it.

It's really pretty easy to do. Here is a 4 part video that shows and explains everything. I just did mine so I speak with experence.   They say you can do it on the bike but I wouldn't suggest that at all. Once you get your tubes off it takes about 15 minuets per side. Mark your left and right tube and a mark to denote the outside. Don't be scared.
