If it has 50, it will have 30 also.  They list it so you can determine if they have what you need.  Our camper is 50 amp, so I will always check to see if they have that available when we are looking for a campground.  I don't think there is a device to step it down, but if there is 50 amp service, the next connector in the box should be a 30 amp.  Some of them even have a 15 amp household type plug at the power pole.

Additional question:  I've seen some areas that have RV full hook up, but then says ( electric 50), does that mean that sight only has 50 amp or up to 50 amp, but will have 30 amp and below? And if it is only 50 amp, is there a way to reduce that down to 30amp if my trailer is only 30 amp?

Matap you ever think this RV stuff might be a little to complicated for you  ::) ::)  :t :t

Paul, there is a adapter you can get to go from 50amps to 30 amps.
Example:

The standard used to be 30 amps, so everyone has 30. When 50 amps are available, that is in addition to the 30 amp plug.
