It will only add fuel. Same as the Cobra FI2000 unit. There are quite a few of these units under different names. Many people use them and are happy with them.

Like GOG said, it will only add fuel. The Power Commander will add or reduce fuel to provide an optimum tune. If you're considering adding a fuel manager, run a dyno check first and look at the map of your air/fuel ratios throughout the RPM range. Then decide which one you need.
