We stayed in Neal's lodge in Concan by the Frio River. Awsome place, nice cabins and breakfast cafeteria. after the all day ride we relaxed by the river with some cold ones and the DJ music provided by the lodge.

We stayed at Frio Canyon Lodge, not much in the way of amenities but it was clean and semi-reasonable (well at least it had availability at short notice).
