Buy a Chance on a wrecked bike
« on: March 30, 2010, 04:48:30 PM »

Who wants to buy a chance on a board to win a wrecked VTX?
Its Tom's Bike. Only slightly wrecked in to a car. All in all its in really good shape for what has happened to it.

Now before you bastards get up in arms with me, this was Tom's Idea.

I talked to him today he was in an ok mood. but I think the pain is getting to him..At least he still has a since of humor.

Catching a yellow-jacket in your shirt at seventy miles per hour can double your vocabulary.

It sounds like he's over-medicated. Tell the nurses to cut back on his drugs.

I don't care what other people think. They don't do it very often!
Of Course it's dirty. It's hard to clean when the tires keep moving.

I'm interested too, so post up when you get more details.
In Tom's defense, drugs or no drugs, he's made a decision and sometimes your just happy and glad to be alive and will make decisions to stay that way. For those of us that have had extended hospitial stays and rehab can understand what I'm saying. If he decides to ride again then so be it, I'll ride with Tom any day.

The bike is what brought us all together in the first place, but many of us have become friends since that. Many ride other than VTX bikes now. I don't care if Tom shows up in a rickshaw as long as he shows up at the next event he is able to attend.
I don't need another bike, but yea I'll buy a ticket.
