I paid about $30 to have a new zipper put in mine at a Vietnamese alteration shop on S. PostOak.  I hate to throw something away if it can ge fixed.

Try out Codys in Hyco TX. Good gear, great prices. they are also on the web. I have been very happy with them over the years. :bikerider:

I went the cheap way out.  Well, actually I spent the extra money on a new gyro for my heli.

I took a zipper out of an old jacket and stiched it into my leather one.  Now you can't tell the difference. I took the time to use the existing holes so that it didn't look butchered. Just wasn't ready to let this one go.

Thanks for the help folks.
