Moment for a friend.
« on: April 27, 2006, 11:43:47 AM »

Just received a call that a friend of mine in Conroe was on his way home from his shop last night when a car pulled in front of him. He was wearing his helmet but hit pretty hard on his head.

I will know more later today.

If you could take a minute to say a few words to the big guy.

I'll give him a shout out!  Hope everthing turns out well, and that the news is good.

Well it seems he will be ok. Banged up and bruised along with his bike damage. I am going to visit him tonight and let you know the outcome soon.

Thanks for all the support. His name is Mike Faust, Taz knows him also. He owns a paintball field in Conroe. He went home yesterday with leg broken in 2 places and a concussion along with road rash (jeans did not hold up well).

Story is that a car turned in front of him and the lady saw him and froze, if she would have continued he could have had enough room to squeeze by her. If he would have swerved it would have put him head on with oncoming traffic.

He is battered and sore along with his pride, he will be ok. Thanks again for the thoughts.

Sorry Mike, glad your ok. I pray for a quick recovery for you.
Is there a topic or board for accidents?  Its helpful to know how accidents happen in detail.
Im scared to death of my new bike im ganna get.  (1800f2 in 2weeks in Tn)
I guess its good to be scared of it.  Cautious.
I stopped wearin chaps cause their hot. (and look gay)
